WHAT IS 3D

WHAT IS VOLT

Volt is a combination of full body plyometric jumping and pushup exercises using resistance bands to increase fast-twitch muscle fiber activation. Volt plyometric exercises take advantage of the elasticity of your muscle fibers helping them to shorten rapidly and respond powerfully after they have been stretched.

The effectiveness of Volt exercise in large part depends on your form. By practicing Volt you can develop good habits of form, a useful crossover to enhance functional performance in any type of athletic activity. Volt will identify tendencies of muscle contraction to improve your functional form fitness/athletic power. When your muscles rapidly transfer from stretching to shortening, their capacity to produce force increases.

WHAT IS LUNGE WITH ATTITUDE

A series of resisted multi directional high and low intensity lunges. Focusing on lower body strengthening exercises while incorporating balance, flexibility and core stabilization.

The series of multidirectional lunges are an effective lower body exercise that targets your quadriceps on the front of your thigh, your hamstrings on the rear of your thigh and your glute muscles. WHAT IS UP TEMPO

Up Tempo runs aim to increase your stamina and your ability to run at a faster speed for a longer time. While performing a running routine, you are attached to resistance bands. The ( CR ) cross action effect is determined by the core and shoulder triangle muscular contraction. The resistance movements stimulates your muscles as if you are lifting weights. Prepare to build up your muscle endurance while lengthening and strengthening!

Up Tempo CR is designed to increase your endurance and make you a stronger runner. Muscular endurance is a muscle’s ability to work continuously against resistance over a long period of time. To build muscular endurance, an individual must train his or her muscles to overcome fatigue. Gains in muscular endurance are not made by increasing the weight lifted, but by increasing the amount of time a muscle spends contracting against resistance. WHAT IS RIP

An intense, total body workout, using different styles of resistance bands. This class is designed to recruit as many muscles possible during each movement, with the focus on total body strengthening, core stabilization, cardiovascular endurance, and maximum calorie burn.

RIP will increase your overall total body strength, as well as significantly increase your cardiovascular endurance. The combination of movements will challenge your muscles
in many different ways, which will help to increase your functionality in normal everyday life. With RIP, you will discover a feeling of soreness and fatigue in muscles you never knew existed.

WHO IS RIP FOR?
Classes are customized to be progressed or regressed to suit every level of fitness, from advanced to beginner.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Non-restrictive clothing, ankle straps, wrist straps, and athletic footwear. Don’t forget your towel and water because I guarantee you are going to sweat!

PROGRAM INSPIRATION!
You will be excited to know that all RIP programs will be set to reboot every three months with new program choreography.

HOW LONG IS A CLASS?
Your average class is approximately 35 minutes. Including your warmup physically and mentally preparing you. A cool down allowing you to stretch increasing flexibility, injury reduction and soreness.
